We have been working with Northstar IT for more than three years and they have been able to fix our computer problems quickly and to our satisfaction. Our prior experience with a larger local company was we were billed for every question even if they did not resolve the issue. We were not able to afford their services or lack of innovative solutions. Northstar IT also cleaned up a wiring mess that the previous provider had made in one of our locations.
They are very knowledgeable and have reasonable rates. They are able to suggest improvements to our systems to make us more efficient without breaking the budget.
We have two retail locations and they are willing to travel to both locations that are 50 miles apart. They are also able to work around our retail store hours and keep interruptions to a minimum.
